As the Supply Chain Planning Manager, you will oversee the demand and supply planning, inventory management, and supply chain digitalization processes to optimize investment and performance for KHIND’s Group Supply Chain. This role will lead the global planning team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment between supply chain activities and business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall inventory health across Group Supply Chain.
- Oversee and enhance the monthly PSI/IBP process to review historical performance and establish a consensus demand and supply plan.
- Oversee and lead digital demand management with KIQ, in‑house intelligence and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams to support overall business strategy and ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives.
- Partner with internal cross‑functional teams to drive supplier management and sourcing strategies to optimize cost and availability.
- Manage and improve statistical forecasting, consumption analysis, and collaborative forecasting processes.
- Achievement of Supply Chain Planning KPI (Availability, Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turn, On Time Delivery); responsible to determine root cause and corrective action for performance degradation.
To be a Successful Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or other quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain planning experience, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry (Manager).
- Minimum 3 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry (Asst. Manager).
- Possess experience in leading or significantly involved in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrated expertise in statistical forecasting techniques, with experience in consumption analysis and collaborative forecasting.
- Strong skills in both demand and supply planning, with experience managing either demand/supply plan effectively.
- Effective communicator with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience in statistical forecasting, consumption analysis, and collaborative forecasting is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data insights into diagnostic and actionable solutions.
- In‑depth knowledge of ERP systems and BI software (e.g. SAP, LN, Tableau, Power BI).
