Job description

Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and reliability. Strategies including setting long-term plans, defining KPI and identifying areas for improvement.

Leverages risk management expertise to optimize pricing, enhance business continuity, and drive cost reduction, ensuring alignment with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.

Oversee procurement and logistics management, ensuring strong relationships and contract negotiations.

Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment to prevent shortages or overages.

Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, and program) to align supply chain processes with business goals.

Provide guidance, coaching and support to ensure internal team’s effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

Manage budgets, cost control measures, and process optimization efforts to enhance overall profitability.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices especially in machining industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under fast-paced environment.
