A well-established and reputable consumer goods manufacturer is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the entire supply chain process.

Role Description

  • Developing and executing end-to-end supply chain strategies that support production efficiency, cost optimization, and business goals.
  • Ensuring seamless coordination across planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Forecasting material requirements, managing MRP systems, ensuring timely material availability, and preventing production bottlenecks.
  • Oversees inventory control, warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, and compliance with shipping, safety, and ISO standards.
  • Drives continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, resolves supplier quality issues, and promotes sustainable sourcing practices.
  • Analyses supply chain data, monitors KPIs, prepares management reports, and leads a cross-functional team to ensure strong collaboration, operational excellence, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain or operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, ERP/MRP systems, and lean principles.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
