GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaboration with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and consistency of stock supply.
- Proactively work with supplier on public holiday closure and supplier closure ensuring timely execution of inventory planning to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timeline deliveries to stores to prevent stockouts.
- Liaise with warehouse team on inbound logistics capacity planning to ensure smooth warehouse operation and timely deliveries to stores.
- Responsible to achieve the main KPI set by management (Fulfilment, On Shelf Availability, Slow Moving, Stock Week Cover and Sales achievement).
- Analysing supply chain data to identify trends and potential opportunities for improvement.
- Managing problem solving on supply chain related issues.
- Responsible for regular reports and ad hoc duties as assigned at the discretion of the superior
QUALIFICATION/ SKILL/EXPERIENCE
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business Studies/ Administration/ Logistics or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in retail or similar role.
- Excellent communication, strong analytical, detail oriented and advance excel users.
- Collaborative personality and self-initiative and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as a team player, react quicky to changing priorities and results driven.
