Responsibilities
  • Maintain the CRM system with accurate, up-to-date information on quotations, project statuses, and customer data.
  • Align all projects and process activities by connecting sales, design, finance, and operations teams.
  • Manage project-related finances by ensuring accurate quotations, contracts, and payments, while proactively identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
  • Run weekly project review meetings to facilitate communication and lead teams to achieve both departmental and company goals.
  • Prepare and present key reports on business performance and project risks to provide senior management with clear, data-driven view of operations.
Ideal Talent
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, business development, contract administration, project coordination, supply chain, procurement, data analyst or business analyst
  • Ability to prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Strong understanding of business development and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot or SAP
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
