About Our Client

This role is central to supporting a major supply chain transformation project across the Asia-Pacific region. The successful candidate will help manage data quality, build insightful dashboards, and support the implementation of Kinaxis or PowerBI Platform. It is a highly visible position offering regional exposure and cross-functional collaboration.

Job Description

• Develop and implement strategies for collecting and managing supply chain data, covering areas such as inventory, SLOBs, IFOT, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, and logistics.
• Play a key role in the Kinaxis implementation, particularly during the Go-Live and Hypercare phases, by ensuring data accuracy, supporting all teams, and escalating system issues to the Global team promptly.
• Analyze collected data to identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose actionable improvements.
• Extract and consolidate data from multiple business systems to create a performance database, delivering regular management insights (MI) and supporting supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Continuously assess and refine existing supply chain practices to enhance overall efficiency.
• Support the supply chain function by building relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges, and working collaboratively to resolve issues.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in evaluating and enhancing supply chain data, processes, and workflows.
• While not mandatory, a certification in Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis software is a significant advantage.
• Strong skills in extracting data from backend systems are essential.
• Effective and professional communication abilities are required.
• Excellent capability to visualize complex projects, anticipate potential issues, and identify necessary solutions.
• Skilled in analyzing company, vendor, and other extensive data sets to produce clear management insights (MI) that support strategic decisions.
• Experience in Data cleansing and validation is an added advantage.
