Responsibilities

• Responsible in overseeing workshop daily operations and ensuring machine quality meets standard before deliver to customer. Our brand is Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Product (SHARP & FUJI FILM MFPs).
• To manage team members and work towards improving machine delivery adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Perform quality checks on machines and ensuring meet standard specifications before deliver to customers.
• Organize & schedule workshop activities to ensure orders are completed as plan and timely delivery of machines to customer.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to workshop operations.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth machine delivery and achieve overall business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Electric/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic or related
• Strong understanding and technical skills of copier technologies (printers/copier/scanner)
• years of experience in copier related job functions
• Minimum 5 years of experience in performing quality control related job functions
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Effective communication skills and strong supervisory skills
