JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Supervisor, HVAC to take command of all technical execution for high-profile/critical environment HVAC project sites. You will be the technical face of the company, leading the on-site team, managing client expectations, and upholding the highest standards of safety and service quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Team Leadership: Direct and manage the entire on-site O&M team, ensuring optimal performance.
• Quality Assurance: Strictly enforce Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and adhere to top OSHA safety standards.
• Client Management: Serve as the main technical expert for the client, delivering quick, effective customer service.
• Resource Control: Efficiently manage site logistics, including tools, materials, and equipment.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit accurate reports, timesheets, and necessary project closure documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Education: Technical Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is mandatory.
• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of practical experience in the HVAC/M&E maintenance industry, ideally with prior team supervisory experience.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of HVAC systems (e.g., Chillers, AHU) and M&E services. Proven proficiency in PPM and troubleshooting.
• Soft Skills: Must demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and resilience. A valid driving license is required.
• Language: Fluency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
