Job description

Adhere to the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) established policies, and actively contribute to fostering a positive SHE culture through teamwork, accountability and mutual respect.

Compile sales order information and perform preloading scanning and dispatch documentations preparation. Ensure all sales order information and dispatch documentation are accurate.

Supervise daily dispatch of chilled and frozen poultry products, ensure loading quantity and SKU accuracy. Prevent product damage, cross contamination, and mis-pick.

Check and monitor truck pre-cooling, cleanliness, food safety and temperature setting according to checklist.

Handle urgent orders, delivery re-routing, and delivery disruption.

Monitor performance of transporters (punctuality, temperature compliance, POD, submission, and vehicle cleanliness & conditions).

Drive cost saving in delivery scheduling and management to reduce empty run, increase truck utilization, optimize route planning, improve load consolidation.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehousing or equivalent.

Willing to work on rotational shift.

Familiar with Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Outlook
