We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This contract position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our electrical engineering projects. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety within our dynamic organization.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of a team of engineers and technicians to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
• Provide guidance and support to the team, offering coaching and mentoring to help them develop their skills and contribute effectively
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and address any concerns or queries
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and procedures

What we're looking for

• Advance Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical projects
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and other engineering software
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering science, math and computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and implement creative solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
