Overview

Subscription Care Operations, Senior Executive

We are looking for a Subscription Care Operations, Senior Executive to maintain great relationships with the business partners. The position’s responsibilities include maintaining strong coverage of the business partners network, promoting company customer service, identifying new business partners, attending meetings and ensuring the existing business partners operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with business partners to bring the best customer service to consumers
  • Addressing and resolving business partners’ issues and complaints
  • Maintain and grow the existing business partners by providing support and guidance to ensure business continuity
  • Source new potential business partners for service as needed
  • Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure tasks and functions are in order, align with company objectives; suggest actions to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • Passion about customer service
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a relevant field is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with business partners
  • Able to drive and travel as needed (moderate travel required)
  • Language required: English; Mandarin dialect is an added advantage
  • Training is provided
  • Yearly contract renewable basis
