Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Studio Manager – Wellness, Fitness & Recovery, based in Singapore. The Studio Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of wellness and fitness programs. Responsibilities include managing a team of professionals, delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales initiatives, maintaining operational efficiency, and overseeing project implementation. The role also involves fostering a culture of health, wellness, and professional growth within the studio environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proven Team Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and manage a diverse group of fitness and wellness professionals.
• Experience in Sales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
• Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives efficiently.
• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness; a background in the wellness or fitness industry is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
