Job summary

A leading procurement firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procurement Manager to handle end-to-end sourcing and vendor management. The role includes ensuring compliance with procurement policies, negotiating contracts, and developing procurement strategies. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business and at least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 with advanced Excel skills.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain high organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies to maintain compliance.
• Plan, source, and negotiate for optimal value and quality.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs.
• Analyze vendor quotes and negotiate pricing.
• Conduct vendor reviews and maintain procurement reports.
