Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of relevant finance experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Strong background in financial control, commercial finance, and performance management.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or diversified business environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic finance partner to the Managing Director, SBU.
• Lead SBU-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Monitor financial results against budgets and KPIs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance.
• Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting and statutory submissions.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capex monitoring.
• Lead financial evaluation of investments and capex proposals.
• Support audits, risk management, and internal control reviews.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance team.
