Work directly with the founders to turn ideas into impact. The PMO drives high-impact commercial and operational projects that transform how the business grows and performs. Every initiative is executed through Lean principles — fast learning, waste elimination, and measurable results — until it becomes a sustainable business-as-usual (BAU) process.

Purpose

To lead and execute strategic projects that create step-change improvements in performance, profitability, and scalability, using Lean as the operating discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute founder-driven strategic projects from idea to implementation and handover to Operations.
  • Lead commercial and operational initiatives such as new business models, digital automation, and major process redesigns.
  • Apply Kaizen methodologies to ensure speed, efficiency, and clarity in execution.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align goals and remove barriers.
  • Build governance to track timelines, costs, and outcomes.
  • Identify, validate, and document best practices for future rollouts.
  • Present project outcomes, learnings, and scalability plans directly to founders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–10 years’ experience in strategic projects, PMO, or operations excellence.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from zero to execution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
