Job Description
  • Design and support initiatives by applying structured problem‑solving approaches to improve users’ and partners’ experiences at Shopee.
  • Assist in identifying function/ product gaps and initiate transformational projects/ initiatives.
  • Participate and lead end‑to‑end projects from initial research and feasibility studies to planning, execution, and operational rollout.
  • Proactively build understanding of the business and operational processes to effectively manage deliverables and resources.
  • Act as a liaison between functions to ensure smooth communication and timely updates on project milestones.
  • Work with functional stakeholders to gather data, conduct analysis that enable business improvement and transformation.
  • Prepare structured presentations and reports to communicate project findings, and progress to internal stakeholders
  • Provide project management support in tracking project performance, costs and key deliverables
Requirements
  • Strong academics from top‑tier institutions with Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 0-4 years of working experience. Internships in management consulting forms, tech or high‑growth companies are highly preferred.
  • Good business acumen with ability to identify operational improvement opportunities from a commercial perspective
  • Possess strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
  • Highly analytical and able to generate and present meaningful and actionable data backed analysis in a structured manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas clearly and concisely
  • A self‑starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
