Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience preferred, exposure to building materials or project sales is an advantage.
• Must possess own transport and willingness to travel for project engagements.
• Fluency in Mandarin is compulsory for communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Promote a range of architectural coatings and wall-finishing products to project stakeholders.
• Conduct product presentations and technical briefings to clients.
• Liaise with stakeholders for product specifications.
• Coordinate with building management offices to support project requirements.
• Follow up on sales activities and ensure timely payment collection.
• Work closely with internal teams to support overall sales and project execution.
