Job summary

A local auto parts trading company in Selangor is looking for a candidate with at least a Diploma and 1-3 years of experience in the shipping or logistics industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required, with preference given to those fluent in Mandarin. Responsibilities include managing purchase orders and supplier relations to ensure timely delivery of materials. This role offers a 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage MY PO processing and maintenance.
• Source and procure necessary materials for manufacturing.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
