Job summary

A global leader in digital transformation is seeking a Senior Human Resource Partner/Country HR Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives across Malaysia. The role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with local employment regulations, and collaborating with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and a strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws. Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong and up-to-date understanding of Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR Teams and managing complex employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the end-to-end HR function for the country, ensuring service excellence.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, auditors, and legal entities.
  • Champion key initiatives related to employee wellbeing and diversity & inclusion.
