Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records and contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle payroll inputs to support accurate payroll processing.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and payroll matters.
  • Support employee relations by assisting in handling grievances and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training programs and assist in performance appraisal exercises.
