A leading manufacturing firm in Johor Bahru is seeking two finance professionals for the roles of Costing Accountant and Senior Costing Executive. Candidates should have a strong accounting background and experience in costing and management accounting. Responsibilities include managing inventory valuation, financial reporting, and variance analysis. A minimum degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with strong Excel and ERP skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Costing/Management Accounting (for Accountant position).
• 3-5 years in a similar manufacturing environment (for Senior Exec position).
• Strong Accounting mindset (not Engineering-based costing).

Responsibilities

• Own and update accurate standard costs and lead the Inventory Module within the ERP system.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly analysis on Contribution Margins and Inventory Valuation.
• Ensure compliance of all inventory accounts with GAAP/IFRS.
• Monitor and analyze monthly Material, Labor, and Overhead variances.
• Perform reconciliations between ERP records and physical stock.
