Job summary

A healthcare solutions distributor in Malaysia is seeking an Operations Support staff member to assist in daily operations, including inventory handling, packing, and occasional delivery. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, possess a minimum of SPM/Certificate/Diploma, and ideally have some experience in storekeeping or operations support.   • Experience in storekeeping or operations support is an advantage.
  • Must be physically fit for packing and unpacking tasks.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Pack, unpack, and organise inventory in the company store.
  • Ensure stock items are properly stored, labelled, and handled with care.
  • Assist with preparation of items for delivery or collection.
  • Perform occasional delivery of small items when required.
  • Support basic filing and documentation for procurement.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory movement.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Operations team.
  • Carry out other operational support tasks as assigned.

Job description

Support daily operations through inventory handling, packing and unpacking of goods, basic documentation filing, and occasional delivery support.

Job Responsibilities
  • Pack, unpack, and organise inventory in the company store.
  • Ensure stock items are properly stored, labelled, and handled with care.
  • Assist with preparation of items for delivery or collection.
  • Perform occasional delivery of small items to hospitals or universities when required.
  • Support basic filing and documentation for procurement, operations, and accounts, as required.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory movement and general store housekeeping.
  • Work closely with the Finance & Operations team to support daily operational needs.
  • Carry out other operational support tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma (flexible).
  • Experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or operations support is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with packing and unpacking tasks.Basic computer literacy for simple records and filing.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving licence is an advantage.
