A retail sports fashion leader in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Junior Management team member to provide managerial support and improve customer service levels. You will assist in supervising staff, managing daily operations, and enhancing sales. Your role will ensure that customer complaints are effectively handled and that service targets are exceeded. Being part of the store's Junior Management team, you will provide managerial support and help maintain and improve the levels of customer service throughout your section. You will provide assistance in the supervisor of all staff while maintaining the standards of the shop floor. Furthermore, you will deal with certain managerial processes on a daily basis as instructed by Store Management.
