Overview

As the go‑to expert, the Store Manager is accountable for all aspects of retail store operations, including building team capabilities to drive strategy and achieve key business results. They establish a store vision based on key metrics and initiatives, ensuring all team members are engaged and involved. They also lead and support the Assistant Manager's ongoing learning and development consistently through feedback, coaching and career development initiatives.

  • Manage the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding. Build a strong and diverse team that includes team members with various experiences, backgrounds and skillsets, leveraging the team to drive store business results.
  • Facilitate an outstanding guest experience in the store, lead dynamically on the floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business. Address emergent issues, including guest escalations and emergency requests. Increase brand awareness and partner with community influencers, seeking to engage with diverse community resources and programs.
  • An entrepreneurial SM shapes the vision, takes ownership of the store's P&L, and manages it to achieve sales and budget goals. This role involves developing and executing annual strategic plans, including budget and labor allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all team members, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across stores, regions, and the Store Support Center partners.
Qualifications
  • Legally eligible to work in the country and the jurisdiction of the assigned store.
  • Experience in managing a large team, including leadership.
  • Ability to own business strategies and initiatives and take accountability for them.
  • Willing to work on shift schedule (opening and closing shifts, weekdays and weekends).
