Job summary

A manufacturing company in Petaling Jaya is looking for a Non-Executive staff member to supervise operations and manage inventory. Job Responsibilities

• Supervised / monitor staff and store operation.
• Received all incoming goods from suppliers local/import for shutter and storage.
• Storage and keeping all the goods at the location.
• Issued material to production as per request.
• Loading and unloading for incoming and outgoing goods, sales trading and reporting.
• Checking stock for low inventory item and check twice a month for stock of 2 items.
• Prepare and plan industrial gas stock for production usage.
• Checked and verify quality incoming material from supplier.
• Packing for delivery and for standard accessories.
• Loading container and lorry (final checking measurement and quantity).
• Follow-up with production for any urgent delivery time.
• Checking physical stock for sales requirement.
• Acknowledge and update job sheet from production.
