Position Overview

Store Assistant to responsible for managing the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and operation of the warehouse. Handles the recording and maintaining of inventory, identifying the accuracy of received items and dispatch operation including facilitate the upkeep of a warehouse and direct the flow of products.

Responsibilities
  • Handling daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control.
  • Perform regular stock checks and ensure the storage space is well-kept.
  • Perform monitoring and update the expiry date and strictly follow FIFO system.
  • Ensure all work orders are completed within the time frame.
  • To inform superior for any issue arise.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Education

Minimum Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent in a related field.

Experience
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse role and management and a basic understanding of mathematics is essential in handling the inventory.
  • Have a Forklift skills with license.
Skills
  • Good knowledge of warehouse procedures and policies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements such as FSSC, HACCP, GMP, ISO and others.
  • Good communication skills and time management.
Other Requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels.
  • Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
