Job summary

A manufacturing company in Klang City is seeking an Assistant Sterilization Manager to oversee the implementation of GMP systems in sterilization. Responsibilities include managing sterilization staff, ensuring high productivity, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of managerial experience in a sterilization environment. Knowledge of best practices in sterilization and the ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus. This role requires effective leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• At least 5 years managerial experience in a sterilization process environment.
• Well verse in machine operation/setting/maintenance/repair or troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of best sterilization practices including radiation awareness is an added advantage.
• Able to speak in Chinese will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper implementation of GMP system in Sterilization.
• Ensure high productivity and minimum wastage.
• Implement training program for all Sterilization staff.
• Take charge of all sterilization personnel and supervise workers.
• Ensure cleanliness of the factory and coordinate regular spot checks.
