Job summary

A logistics company in Petaling Jaya is seeking a Hub Manager to oversee the delivery operations. You will manage staff and ensure smooth logistics processes, handle daily cash transactions, and maintain inventory integrity. Candidates should have a relevant diploma and at least 2 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain sectors. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required.

Qualifications

• Preferably specialized in Logistics or Supply Chain.

• Track and deliver shipment from pick up to delivery.
• Manage staff and ensure proper job execution.
• Handle cash on delivery and ensure daily banking.

Job Descriptions:

• Track and delivery shipment from picked up and delivered
• Manage staff / subcon / part-time to ensure they carried out their jobproperly and completely.
• Standing as a hub manager as and when necessary
• Handle cash on delivery money and ensure to bank in everyday
• Work closely with customer service and fulfil customer request
• Taking care of daily operations and make sure everything go smoothly
• Controlling inventory and take care of every shipment to reduce the risk of missing and damaged parcel.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
