A leading medical facility in Ipoh, Malaysia, seeks a qualified nurse to manage critical care responsibilities, including mechanical ventilator support and hemodynamic monitoring. Candidates must possess a Nursing diploma/degree and relevant certifications, with at least 3 years’ experience preferred. This role demands strong critical thinking and the ability to work under pressure, ensuring effective emergency management. Additional qualifications in ICU nursing are advantageous.
Mechanical ventilator and inotropes support.
Hemodynamic monitoring.
Basic ECG and ABG interpretation.
Experience in nursing post op cardiac and neuro surgery.
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board and hold a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Having Post Basic in Intensive Care Unit Nursing is an added advantage.
Possess valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Minimum 3 years and above of clinical experience in acute or critical care setting is preferred.
Strong critical thinking, observation, and decision-making skills.
Able to work under pressure and able to hands-on to manage emergency situations effectively.
