Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Source potential candidates through various recruitment platforms
  • Evaluate applications and screen candidates and conduct pre-interview assessments
  • Assist to prepare manpower budget as part of the company's strategic planning
  • Identify and develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends keeping informed of advancements in the field
  • Payroll: Prepare, process and maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries
  • Prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
  • Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management and/or audit teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Experience in both areas of talent acquisition and payroll
  • Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
