- Evaluate applications and screen candidates and conduct pre-interview assessments
- Assist to prepare manpower budget as part of the company's strategic planning
- Identify and develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends keeping informed of advancements in the field
- Payroll: Prepare, process and maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and documentation
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Prepare financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
- Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management and/or audit teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management
