As a Sports Advisor (Sales), your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores satisfied. From a friendly welcome to a quick and easy payment process, your goal is to deliver a 5-star shopping experience. Responsibilities:

1. To Customers

• Welcome customers professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction and find suitable solutions for returns, complaints, and checkout
• Know the technical features and benefits of Decathlon products to recommend appropriate products and services
• Build a network of customers both in-store and online to establish personal relationships
• Passionately share sports knowledge and help customers discover new sports
• Encourage customers to subscribe or register for the loyalty program

2. To Decathlon Malaysia

• Understand departmental goals and work with the team to achieve them
• Promote innovation and enhance the sports experience in-store
• Maximize sales using available resources and tools
• Arrange store layout according to guidelines and principles
• Create high-quality product displays focusing on customer satisfaction
• Maintain store layout and product facing to ensure a positive shopping environment
• Ensure stock accuracy and availability using the replenishment system

3. For Safety of People and Goods

• Enforce safety and security standards in the store
• Follow fire safety and evacuation procedures

4. Development and Skills

• Participate in training sessions and develop skills to become a trainer
