Job description

Blubricks Drama Melaka is an entity born out of passion to educate and encourage young people to express themselves more effectively and more confidently. Our motto is 'Confidence Through Speech and Drama' and our activities are designed to motivate and inspire our students to reach for the sky with the solid foundation we provide.

We offer the following programmes: Speech & Drama, Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Creative Writing, Phonics & English.

Our office is located in the heart of Melaka and is currently run by its principal, Adeline Ong.

Qualifications & Experience

• Teaching experience in kindergarten or schools
• Based in Melaka and/or willing to travel/ relocate

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute lesson plan.
• Present lessons in a comprehensive manner.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly studio.
• Be available to communicate with the parents to update them on the progress of their
• Evaluate children’s performance to make sure they are in the right learning track.
• Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending trainings when scheduled.
• Where required, to attend management or teachers’ meetings.
• Submit reports for each class within 24 hours upon completion of class.
• Be in constant communication with your direct supervisor to update the progress of your classes.
• Where required, to attend and/or assist to run events, workshops, open days for the Company.
• Willing to travel within and/or outside Melaka
