Formica Malaysia is looking for a dynamic Specification Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a difference by specifying high-quality Formica products in construction and design projects. You will have the opportunity to work with architects, interior designers, and developers, helping grow our brand presence in the Central Region.

About Our Client

What you'll be doing?

Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and other specifiers to have Formica products selected for projects.

Manage projects: Build and maintain a project pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and updates in the CRM system.

Identify opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers in the market.

Collaborate with distributors: Work closely with distributors to win and convert specification projects into orders.

Execute strategies: Execute sales and marketing strategies as outlined by the management team.

Gather intelligence: Gather and report market intelligence, including competitive activity and market trends.

Provide presentations: Conduct effective product presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve KPIs: Achieve individual and team KPIs as set by the department.

Perform additional duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the department head.

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of working experience in a specification-related role, with experience in interior-related materials being a strong advantage.

Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, fluent in English (written and spoken), excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, good market analysis and problem-solving skills, proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
