Job description

Your Role

• Coordinate engineering sample orders across all OSAT subcontractor sites (30 assembly sites and locations).
• Manage engineering sample logistics globally across all OSAT subcontractors.
• Facilitate engineering sample requests for Business Units/Divisions.
• Handle engineering sample (ES) tasks and support ES Manager.
• Meet team objectives, assist internal customers, gather data for analysis reports, handle urgent last-minute requests, and maintain group standards and reputation.
• Drive and maintain on-time delivery (OTD) and cycle time (CT).
• Manage subcontractor portfolio, coordinate loading and shipment plans, monitor daily status, and move lots on hold with internal IFX teams.
• Daily review of subcontractor release, prepare called-off POs, update shipment plans to customers on internal sites (Febes, email, database, etc).
• Compile data, generate and analyze OTD and CT for detractor calculation.
• Participate in meetings with ES team, GSC, BE team, requestors, and subcontractors as needed.
• Facilitate guideline preparation and provide training as required.
• Attend workshops and subcontractor visits for continuous improvement and alignment.

Your Profile

• Diploma or degree in a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience handling engineering samples.
• Exposure to engineering practices.
• Experience in planning and logistics is an added advantage.
• Basic technical and assembly process knowledge.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
• Tactical planning skills with the ability to anticipate issues and provide immediate solutions.
• Familiarity with engineering sample management.
• Strong understanding of assembly and testing requirements, including planning and scheduling.

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
