Massage therapists: Graduate from an accredited school with body massage license or certificate.

Proven work experience as massage therapist (1-3 years)

Tech savvy

Passionate about all things beauty and understand and believe in the benefits of beauty therapy.

Outgoing, pleasant, neat, tidy, patient and positive attitude

Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities

Change maker: to constantly looking for ways to improve current way of doing things and to actively looks for feedbacks to grow and improve

High standards: strong ability to set a high standard and drive on going execution on behalf of self and the whole team

Emotional Intelligence: Ability to recognise, understand and manage feelings/emotions to effectively lead the team

Responsibilities

Massage Therapist: To provide professional and excellent therapeutic massage through a variety of modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Prenatal.

Discuss available treatments if needed and determine which products will improve customers’ conditions.

To ensure that exceptional customer service and hospitality is delivered at all times.

Maintains the distinct company aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture. Also, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness according to company SOP throughout the shift.

Monitor stock levels of products and ensure that par stock levels are maintained at all times.

Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries , needs and expectations.
