Job description

Execute and adapt the business expansion strategy in Johor in alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.

Recruit, train, and lead a team of residential sales consultants, project engineers, and an administrative executive, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.

Oversee sales efforts to meet or exceed the established monthly target.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including project delivery, technical support, and customer experience. Oversee all administrative tasks, including authority applications and paperwork.

Manage the branch's budget, ensure financial efficiency, and meet profitability targets.

Ensure all operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies, identify and manage risks associated with the business.

Maintain clear communication lines with headquarters through regular updates and reports regarding sales, financial performance, market insights, and potential business risks or opportunities.

Continually analyse local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize business performance.

Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and promoting customer loyalty.

Develop contingency plans and manage unforeseen situations to ensure business continuity.

Requirements
