•Technical director responsible for technical management or software integration developing of BSS(business support system) project.

•Technical management including such as delivery solution design and review, issue and risk management, scope and schedule management etc.

•BSS integration software developing and release management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor' Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Telco & IT Industry.
• Experience in the following Huawei (or equivalent) solution is a plus, like NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS.
• Good communication and people management skill.

Professional Knowledge

• Master and flexibly apply the professional knowledge on technical management.
• Be familiar with the integrated delivery mode of projects in the telecom industry, and have good skill and experience on Infrastructure, network connectivity, hardware/software installation, and 3rd party integration and service cutover.
• Have background knowledge about software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS and experience in implementing solutions for software products such as NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
• Be familiar with the basic principles and knowledge of the telecom industry and have a sense of teamwork.

• Be able to lead the team and solve complex technical issue.
