A leading software company is looking for a customer support role based in Malaysia. You will provide guidance on AutoCount products to dealers and clients, primarily in Singapore. The position requires communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with fluency in Mandarin as an advantage. Successful candidates should hold a diploma in IT-related courses and possess a service-minded attitude. The company offers competitive benefits and a friendly work environment.
Provided support such as guidance, troubleshooting or consultation to dealers and customers on AutoCount Products via phone calls, emails and remote access.
Primary customers and dealers will mainly be based in Singapore, requiring effective communication and service standards suited for the Singaporean market.
Keeps record of the job performed such as inquiries, complaints, feedback and solution provided.
Follow up unfinished job from time to time both internally and externally to ensure customer’s inquiries does not left unattended.
Able to work both independently as well as a team.
Ad-hoc task may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
