Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of ehs tools’ SaaS modules using Python (Django) and Vue.
• Fully own the deployment pipeline using GitHub Actions, Docker containerization, and production rollout workflows.
• Guide and mentor junior developers/interns; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Design and implement AI-powered features using OpenAI, Anthropic, Grok API, Gemini API, and vector DBs.
• Architect scalable APIs and optimize database schema design.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and QA teams to deliver timely, high-quality releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous improvement.
