A software solutions company based in Malaysia is seeking a Software Developer specializing in AutoCount Customization. You will maintain, enhance, and support AutoCount plugins while developing and optimizing C# .NET code to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate must have experience with AutoCount ERP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot production issues. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with various stakeholders.
Maintain, enhance, and support existing AutoCount plugins and custom modules.
Develop, debug, and optimize C# .NET code to customize AutoCount according to business and finance requirements.
Actively support day-to-day AutoCount operations, including issue investigation and bug fixing.
Drive Agile delivery, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, and ensuring cadence and delivery discipline.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide permanent fixes (not band-aids).
Ensure stable production deployments, including regression checks after fixes or enhancements.
Work closely with Project Managers, ERP integration teams, and finance stakeholders to implement and support AutoCount customizations.
Assist in deployment, version updates, and post-deployment support to minimize business disruption.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, and SQL.
Must-have experience with AutoCount accounting/ERP system (customization, plugin development, or production support).
Hands-on experience with ERP or enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in production issue analysis.
Able to work independently and handle support cases with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders.
