Responsibilities
- Build and Nurture Strong Digital Communities Across All Platforms. Develop community strategies for SEDANIA, Offspring and TANAMERA across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn. Monitor sentiment, respond with brand‑aligned tone, nurture loyal micro‑communities (parents, postpartum women, wellness advocates). Identify and activate superfans to become part of the brand’s extended voice. Manage social listening to surface insights that shape brand decisions, collaborations, or content needs.
- Lead Social Content Strategy That Drives Brand Meaning, Not Just Reach. Own the narrative and ensure content reflects brand values, product truth, and the emotional world of the brand. Develop long‑term content pillars for Offspring and Tanamera (purpose, rituals, ingredients, tips, behind‑the‑brand). Create content frameworks that drive saves, shares, and conversations. Guide creators, designers, and partners to ensure social content stays on‑brand in tone, claims, and visuals. Track what content builds brand affinity versus what is purely promotional and adjust accordingly.
- Strengthen Advocacy Through KOL, Creator & Collaboration Integration. Ensure external voices become part of the brand’s story. Partner with Brand Leads to amplify KOL, creator, and expert content through social channels and ensure all advocate content aligns with brand tone, product truth, and claims discipline. Turn UGC, reviews, and creator content into conversation drivers on the brand pages. Build engagement plays (AMA sessions, rituals content, expert takeovers, user challenges). Manage real‑time opportunities including cultural moments, fast‑moving trends, and customer‑led content that fits brand identity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in social media management, content creation, or community engagement.
- Experience managing brand social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) for consumer or corporate brands.
- Demonstrated track record of growing social communities and delivering measurable engagement outcomes.
- Strong proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar). Familiarity with social listening tools and sentiment analysis is an added advantage.
- Experienced in developing platform‑specific content that aligns with brand voice and audience behaviour.
- Strong understanding of social trends, cultural moments, and community dynamics.
- Ability to co‑create and manage content shoots.
- Experience in moderating community conversations and managing real‑time engagement, including customer responses.
- Basic design and creative skills using Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) are preferred.
