Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute production plans; optimize efficiency & control costs; manage SMT equipment & quality; lead team & ensure workshop safety.
• Formulate and execute monthly/weekly/daily production plans based on orders, allocate resources reasonably to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Optimize production efficiency by analyzing OEE and utilization rate, identify waste points and implement improvement measures.
• Establish and supervise SMT quality control processes, handle quality abnormalities, reduce DPPM and ensure quality standards.
• Manage SMT equipment (mounting machines, reflow ovens, etc.), formulate maintenance plans and introduce new processes/technologies.
• Manage workshop team, including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance appraisal, build an efficient team.
• Control production costs (material loss, energy consumption, etc.) and propose cost‑saving solutions.
• Implement 5S/6S on‑site management and ensure workshop safety production.
• Collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Quality and other departments to solve production‑related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5-8 years of experience in SMT/PCB manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Mandarin.
