Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Penang is seeking an Engineering professional to provide equipment and process support in PCBA manufacturing. The role involves leading improvements in operational efficiency and setting up key operational documentation. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, with fresh graduates encouraged to apply. Relevant experience with SMT equipment is a plus. This is a Full-Time position open to Malaysian citizens or those with the appropriate residence status.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are accepted, experience in SMT equipment or PCB assembly is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide PCBA manufacturing equipment engineering support.
• Lead project improvement on manufacturing efficiency.
• Setup instructions, control plans, and training for SMT equipment operation.
