Job summary

Operational Leadership

Define and optimize the end-to-end O2D process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Establish governance frameworks and best practices for order management and delivery execution.

Drive ERP(SAP/JDE) and related system enhancements for O2D processes, including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.

Partner with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and automation.

Collaborate with regional and global teams across supply chain, finance, and customer service to resolve complex challenges.

Communicate key insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Track KPIs related to order accuracy, fulfillment lead times, and delivery performance.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service levels and reduce costs.

Capability Building

Develop training programs and mentor teams on O2D processes and systems.

Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to build organizational expertise.

Identify and recommend process enhancements to improve lead times, service levels, and visibility.

Demonstrate problem-solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of process related. Work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Understand latest technology development related to Order to Deliver Process

Support Global/Region teams in the preparation work for CI/Kaizen related to Order to Deliver process etc.

Perform any other tasks as assigned

Stakeholder Management & Communication

Serve as key liaison between Order to Deliver team (Order Management, Logistics, Supply Planning), country operations, and planning teamsto close the loop on issues.

Present performance summaries and improvement plan during regional and global meetings.

Build strong working relationships across functions and geographies to ensure alignment on processes/projects etc

Develop and mentor team members on process & tools

Support capability building and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Master’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience: 10+ years in supply chain or order management, with at least 5 years in a senior SME or leadership role.

Proven track record in global O2D process optimization and ERP system implementation.

Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP systems (SAP SD/MM, Oracle), order management platforms, and logistics systems.

Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Certifications (Preferred): APICS CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma Black Belt
