Site Supervisor/Site Engineer - Taiping & Kamunting, Perak

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure project progress, uphold safety standards, and coordinate closely with project teams and workers.

Salary Range (RM): 2,500 - 4,500

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers on-site to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Monitoring and reporting on progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Liaising with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns.
• Providing post-installation support for system commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Providing guidance and support to the construction team so that the project could progress in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the construction project.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
