Site Supervisor – Logging and Plantation

A estate supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily plantation, operation, ensuring optimal productivity, quality, and adherence to agricultural best practices. This role requires strong leadership problem-solving skills and the ability to manage workers effectively.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate plantation activities, including planting harvesting, Fertilization and pest control.
2. Monitor crop health and ensure proper maintenance of the plantation.
3. Manage and lead a team of plantation workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
4. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of plantation activities, yields and resources usage.
6. Report progress, challenges, and recommendations to management.
7. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for necessary materials and services.
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
9. Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements
