Job description

Site Supervisor (Extra Low Voltage System)

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works and projects at site including supervising general workers and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule.
• Review and study drawings to ensure work accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist and report to Project Manager and attend site meeting if necessary, in order to liaise effectively with all level management and consultants for smooth progress.
• Monitor of site materials.
• Prepare related document e.g. site daily report, weekly report, RFIW (inspection form) and timely update of work to superior or management.
• Perform site inspection with clerk of work and main-con.
• Attend weekly site meeting.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in relevant field OR at least two (2) years to (3) years working experience, preferably in an Extra Low Voltage (ELV) construction environment.
• Have good self- discipline, accountability and able to work under pressure.
• Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction plans.
• Prefer candidates with strong interpersonal skills and communicate well with all parties in the construction site.
• With positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Can start work immediately will be preferable.
