Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers and suppliers on site.

Ensure proper sequencing of works to meet project schedule.

Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards and project specifications.

Conduct inspections and rectify defects or non-conformance.

Ensure materials delivered to site are approved and compliant.

Ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
