• Able to read and understand basic drawings and measurements
• Familiar with site coordination, material handling, and installation process
• Able to communicate with installers, subcontractors, and clients
• Willing to travel to site and work outdoors
• Responsible, independent, and good time management
• Possess own transport and valid driving license
• Basic knowledge of safety practices at site
