A construction management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced individual to manage and coordinate workflows, specifically in waterproofing projects. The role requires effective management of workers, preparation of site reports, and cost control. Candidates must have at least 2 years of related experience and preferably be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with the main contractor. Strong leadership qualities are essential for leading a team effectively.
Arrange, organize, training, manage worker and monitoring progress of daily work (waterproofing) to keep workflow on track.
Effectively control the costs on site.
Coordinate with main-con.
To prepare site report and work schedule.
Able to speak Mandarin will be preferred due to need communicate with Chinese maincon.
Minimum 2 years related experience.
Good leadership qualities and able to lead a team of workers to meet the task delegated.
Ability to work independently with good self-discipline.
Knowing to reading construction drawing.
